A book can be a $14 "teacher". Authors write using experience, knowledge and the desire to share what they know and love with others. That people can read my book and not only learn something new, but will also enjoy the process is my hope. I write to share. I hope you like it!

I am a passionate woodworker and carver. I also love sports, reading and writing. I adore the natural world. I have dual Master of in Science degrees in Exercise Physiology and an Environmental Studies. I am now retired after careers in teaching, human services and lifelong learning
